Data cleansing support

4 hours per week over 4-6 months
Home-Start Wandsworth - supports families with a child under 5 years who are experiencing a range of difficulties. The Scheme trains volunteers to visit families in their home or Family Hubs to provide practical and emotional support. Key projects are: Home visiting, Family Hubs, Bump to baby and Volunteer training and development.

Home-Start Wandsworth is building a new case management system and needs support to make sure all data entered into it is accurate. They need assistance to clean their existing data management system, export data onto a spreadsheet, input clean data onto their new data management system and into new fields as the system is developed. This role is extremely important to support the Scheme and allow for the new system to be created and implemented while ensuring that core services continue to be provided undisturbed.

We are looking for someone with a knowledge and interest in IT, data cleansing and spreadsheet development. Experience and/or knowledge of case management systems would be useful. Good organisation and attention to detail are extremely important.
